April 20, 2020 Indianapolis, Indiana – SAAM Inc., announces the company is in the final stages of testing a table-top and portable pre-emptive warning device for the detection of CO, CO2, Gas, Hydrocarbons, Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), and Air Quality using a smart-app for remote alerts enabling the device to save lives and improve health. “SAAM’s portable SP4 will be unlike any smoke alarm or air quality device available on the market today,” stated Greg Stewart, President of SAAM. According to Stewart, “SAAM will be a table- top and portable device for the home, student dorms, apartments, or take the SP4 with you as you travel. The SP4 device will have the same functionality as the ceiling mounted SC4, but with a re-chargeable battery, and include an embedded intake fan, pulling air into the SP4 constantly monitoring the air in our homes, hotels, and dorms. The SP4 can travel anywhere.” Dr. Erik Deutsch, SAAM’s Chief Technology Officer added, “The SP4 is a novel technology that will be completely adaptable to its environment, application, and is protected by multiple patents.” According to Dr. Deutsch, “The SP4 is truly a revolutionary product that will save lives and improve health.”
Mr. Stewart stated, “The consumer appeal is you now have a single device with the first new technology in 50- years and it will alert you to smoke, fire, gas leaks, and monitor for allergens in the air like pollen, dust, dander, and mold spores to name a few.” Greg added, “The SP4 is pre-emptive, sounding and sending an alert to your smart phone before a potential catastrophic event allowing for immediate action.”
The SAAM SP4 technology will have voice alerts and communicate via a smart device to notify users of chemical changes and unacceptable levels of allergens in the air before a potential catastrophic event.
